Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a chance for us todo just that; we want to know what excites and motivates you to scale up and bring your product to the masses. During this time, we will develop a road map by carefully selecting which of our services are required and how we plan to successfully achieve each step of product development and production.
Asset/IP Protection
We prioritize and excel in safeguarding your valuable intellectual property by implementing a comprehensive framework that emphasizes utmost discretion and secrecy. We understand the significance of preserving the integrity of your creative innovations and ideas, and thus, we employ a range of robust measures to ensure their protection.
Trial Batch and Commissioning
The trial batch stage is where we take your requirements for your product, whether it is from ground- zero R&D, improving an existing product formulation or recipe, or labeling and packaging creation or modification, and provide you with a sample lot for you to assess. Once the trial batch is finalized, you will authorize and commission the production.
Production
After a successful trial batch is commissioned, we will begin to produce your batch at your required unit quantity and timeline. During this step, we will look at ways to value engineer the production processes to reduce your costs and improve production times-with a focus on expanding your scalability.
Expansion
Once value engineering is underway, we will collaboratively explore ways to expand your product offerings and volume to reach a larger market share.
